Great question… the first thing that comes to mind is a strong sense of self-identity. Knowing your worth helps avoid any feelings of devaluation in a transactional exchange.

I struggle with this myself. Even though I know better. Often being the "gray man", low maintenance, not seeking attention. Just keep showing up, allow yourself some grace, and become better than yesterday. Thats your yardstick. It's simple, not easy.
This is exactly it. In no way is it easy, and in no way have I figured out how to do this every day myself. It’s way more difficult to remove expectations than to build them. Like all great achievements, it requires an extreme amount of discipline even when no one is watching. Thanks for reading!
